Southeastern Railways: design and production of bespoke creative assets
The challenge
Southeastern and Web Liquid partnered to manage the launch of their new High Speed Service running between Ashford International, Ebbsfleet International and St. Pancras International. The online campaign promoting the preview services, complemented offline activity, aimed at creating awareness, consideration and trial among existing train travellers, motorists and couch takers.
Southeastern required high quality, impactful and cost effective online design and production for its flagship High Speed Service - including the production of email templates, landing pages, display ad units and in-site merchandising units.
The tailored solution
We developed three concepts aimed at capturing the essence of the High Speed service while maintaining consistency with the offline creative.
Following the initial concepting, we developed templates for site, display advertising and email templates which could be easily integrated into their CMS and email platform. The use of templates as opposed to individual assets maximized the flexibility and duration of the campaign.
With the cost savings realized we where able to build an impactful 24 hour homepage takeover of National Rail.
